Wedding Party
Bridal Party
Everyone receiving makeup is billed per person. There is no minimum party size and no minimum booking total.
Bridesmaid Makeup
$150 / person
- $120 per person once six or more people are receiving makeup
- Once the count reaches six, every one of them is billed at $120
- Below six, everyone is billed at $150
- The bride does not count toward the six — she books Bridal Makeup at $200
- Mothers, aunts and flower girls all count toward the six
Mother of Bride / Groom Makeup

- A separate menu item, at the same rate as bridesmaid makeup
- Counts toward the six-person group rate
- Billed at $120 once six or more people are receiving makeup

- Charged off the standard hair menu, per person, by style

Before the Day
Previews & Trials
A preview is included only in the Signature Bridal Experience. With every other service it is booked and priced separately.
Makeup Preview
$150 with a booked date
- $150 once your wedding date is on the calendar with Painted by Anie

Hair Trial / Preview
$100 – $125 depending on style
- $100 – $125 depending on the style being previewed
- The same rate whether or not a wedding date is booked
- Hair preview and style planning ahead of the day
Booking Policy
- A non-refundable deposit confirms and holds your date: 40% of the services subtotal under $650, or 30% once the services subtotal is $650 or more.
- Travel is deposited separately — 50% of the travel fee, collected on top of the service deposit.
- The remaining balance is due on the day, before services begin. You are welcome to pay in full ahead of time.
- Travel: the first 5 miles from Downtown Sarasota are included, then $2 per mile, rounded up to the whole mile. Beyond 80 miles the trip is discussed and quoted separately.
- Parking, tolls and venue access fees are billed on to the client where they apply.
- Early start times (before 7 AM) carry a $50 fee.
- A preview is included only in the Signature Bridal Experience. Every other preview is booked and priced separately.
- Client must ensure a clean, well-lit workspace for services.
- If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited and nothing further is ever owed. Before travel has begun the travel deposit is returned; once driving has started, both deposits are kept.
- Natural disasters, bad weather and unforeseen events do not change these terms. All deposits are final.
- Rescheduling is possible but requires a new contract.

Bridal Questions, Answered
- Do you travel to my wedding venue?
- Yes - every service is on location: your venue, home or hotel. The first 5 miles from Downtown Sarasota are included, then $2 per mile, and beyond 80 miles the trip is quoted individually.
- How much is the deposit to hold my date?
- A non-refundable deposit holds your date: 40% of the services subtotal, or 30% once the subtotal reaches $650. Half of any travel fee is deposited with it, and the balance is due on the day before services begin.
- Should I book a makeup preview before the wedding?
- It is the best way to walk in on the day already knowing you love the look. A makeup preview is $150 when your wedding date is booked ($175 on its own), a hair trial is $100-$125, and the Signature Bridal Experience includes both previews.
- Can you do makeup for my bridesmaids and mom too?
- Yes - bridesmaid makeup is $150 per person and mother-of-the-bride or groom makeup is $150. For larger parties, bridesmaid makeup drops to $120 per person once six or more people are receiving makeup.
- How early can you start on the wedding morning?
- Any time - mornings included. Start times before 7 AM carry a $50 early-start fee, so a sunrise wedding is never a problem, just a line on the quote.
- What happens if I have to cancel?
- The deposit is forfeited and nothing further is owed. If travel has not yet begun, the travel deposit comes back to you. Rescheduling is possible with a new contract.
