Early Morning Start (before 7 AM)$50
Booking Policy
- A non-refundable deposit confirms and holds your date — 40% of your service subtotal, or 30% if that subtotal is $650 or more.
- A further 50% of any travel fee is collected on top of the service deposit.
- The remaining balance is due on the day, before services begin. You are welcome to pay in full ahead of time.
- Travel: the first 5 miles from Downtown Sarasota are included, then $2 per mile one way, rounded up to the whole mile. Beyond 80 miles the trip is quoted separately.
- Parking, tolls and venue access fees are billed on to you where they apply.
- Early morning starts — any start time before 7:00 AM — add $50.
- Extensions are quoted individually; please contact us for pricing.
- If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited and nothing further is owed. Cancel before travel has begun and the travel deposit is returned; once driving has started, both deposits are kept.
- Natural disasters, bad weather and unforeseen events do not change these terms. Rescheduling is possible but requires a new contract, and all deposits are final.

Hair Questions, Answered
- Do you travel for hair styling?
- Yes - every service is on location: your venue, home or hotel. The first 5 miles from Downtown Sarasota are included, then $2 per mile, and beyond 80 miles the trip is quoted individually.
- How much is the deposit?
- A non-refundable deposit holds your date: 40% of the services subtotal, or 30% once the subtotal reaches $650. Half of any travel fee is deposited with it, and the balance is due on the day before services begin.
- Can I book hair and makeup together?
- Yes - bridal hair and makeup together starts at $350, and the Signature Bridal Experience at $650 includes both plus previews of each. Event clients can pair any hairstyle with special-event makeup.
- What if my style needs to survive a whole wedding day?
- Every style is built to last the day and photographs. A hair trial ($100-$125) before the wedding lets us test the exact style on your hair first.
- What happens if I cancel?
- The deposit is forfeited and nothing further is owed. If travel has not yet begun, the travel deposit comes back to you. Rescheduling is possible with a new contract.
